Oversee on-site operations of two Mobile Home / RV Communities, sustaining or increasing occupancy rates
Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
Assist in the marketing, showing, and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
Collect rent, ensuring timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates of 97%.
Enforce rules & regulations of community
Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
Landscaping, such as mowing lawn, removing weeds and brush, and other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
Clean laundry rooms and common areas such as bathrooms and clubhouses
Completing work orders and rental turns, such as changing air filters, replacing windows, and painting
Regular site walks, picking up trash and debris
Maintain tools and maintenance equipment and keep maintenance room in neat condition.
Touch-up painting and repainting buildings or rooms as required.
Open clogged drains, fixes leaks, and performs other simple plumbing jobs.
Change light bulbs may replace fixtures and does similar minor electrical tasks.
Perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, repairing steps, fences and rails.
Assist with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed.

A self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word
Requirements
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of maintenance experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to respond to after hour emergencies
Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
Pay rate: $25-28/hour DOE
