Property Manager - Rapid Progression

Key Responsibilities: As a Sr. Property Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations, enforcing rules and procedures to ensure smooth functioning across different property managers.
This role includes:
• Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service.
• Handling filing, photocopying, and scanning efficiently.
• Data entry to maintain accurate records.
• Updating, reviewing, and reconciling various spreadsheets and month-end rental documents.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments for executive management.
• Conducting internet research as needed.
• Utilizing computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and knowledge of Rent Manager (a plus).
• Performing special projects as required.
Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate with:
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Minimum 1 year of property management experience.
• Ability to articulate clearly and hold people accountable.
• Enthusiastic and driven individual ready to take on challenges.
• A team player mindset
