Position Overview





We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Property Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our diverse property portfolio. This full-time position requires an exceptional professional who can effectively multitask while maintaining the highest standards of property management excellence. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for property-related matters, ensuring seamless operations, tenant satisfaction, and optimal property performance across all managed locations.





Key Responsibilities





Property Management & Oversight






  • Oversee daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality

  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline property management processes

  • Coordinate with property owners to align operational strategies with investment objectives and long-term goals

  • Monitor property performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders





Tenant Relations & Customer Service






  • Serve as the primary liaison between tenants, vendors, and property ownership, addressing concerns promptly and professionally

  • Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals with meticulous attention to detail

  • Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and courteous manner

  • Foster positive tenant relationships to maximize retention rates and minimize vacancy periods

  • Coordinate tenant communications regarding property updates, maintenance schedules, and policy changes





Maintenance & Vendor Coordination






  • Develop and maintain relationships with reliable contractors, vendors, and service providers

  • Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of property assets and systems

  • Oversee emergency repairs and ensure rapid response to critical maintenance issues

  • Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and cost
