Property Preservation Coordinator - Violations

At SingleSource, our Property Preservation team keeps properties in compliance resolving code violations before they turn into an scalation. We're hiring a Violations Coordinator to own that process: opening and investigating violation work orders, working directly with local code enforcement offices, and driving each case to resolution.

You'll also handle related property-compliance work, including Vacant Property Registrations and Utility Management orders. This role is a great fit for someone who's persistent, comfortable working the phone with government offices, and good at chasing down documentation until a case is actually closed.

What You'll Do

• Open all new violation work orders and investigate the reason behind each violation.


• Work directly with local code enforcement offices to obtain the documentation and information needed to cure violations.


• Handle Vacant Property Registration orders and submit completed results to clients.


• Manage Utility Management Orders, including processing monthly utility payments.


• Locate and coordinate qualified vendors to complete violation-related work, ensuring they understand applicable SLAs and client requirements.


• Partner with Vendor Management to identify coverage gaps and source vendors in underserved areas.


• Follow every case through to resolution, keeping clients informed of delays, issues, or exceptions along the way.


• Build strong, accountable relationships with vendor partners to maintain quality and SLA adherence.


• Keep internal and external systems accurately and consistently documented.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in property preservation, code enforcement, mortgage servicing, or another field-services-related industry.


• Comfort with heavy phone and computer work, including regular calls to government and code enforcement offices.


• Persistence and follow-through, violations typically aren't resolved in one call, and nothing should fall through the cracks.


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many open cases at once.


• Excellent verbal and written communication.


• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and make sound calls in the moment.


• Willingness to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
