The Property Resilience Content Specialist supports the development, coordination, and delivery of IBHS resilience products, educational resources, technical content, and insurance member-facing initiatives. This role helps ensure IBHS resilience science, programs, and resources are clear, accessible, consistent, and easy to use across digital platforms and stakeholder audiences.
Working closely with the Director of Member Services and cross-functional teams, this position supports content development, website updates, stakeholder communications, training resources, product engagement, and digital publishing efforts that advance resilience adoption and member engagement.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate the development, review, and publishing of resilience product content, educational resources, webpages, digital assets, and member-facing communications.
Support updates across IBHS.org, Wildfire Prepared Home, research pages, resource libraries, educational hubs, and related digital platforms.
Manage content routing, stakeholder feedback, approvals, timelines, and publishing schedules across research, communications, Membership, web development, and product teams.
Assist with the development of training resources, presentations, FAQs, checklists, co-branded materials, marketing collateral, and stakeholder engagement materials.
Organize digital content and assets to improve usability, accessibility, consistency, and alignment across resilience-focused initiatives.
Support insurance member engagement and resilience adoption through content coordination, digital communications, and stakeholder support.
Assist with product naming updates, webpage revisions, resource launches, training support materials, and educational initiatives.
Support basic analytics tracking, engagement reporting, and audience insight efforts related to resilience product content and educational resources.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in communications, journalism, marketing, digital media, business, education, or a related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in content coordination, digital communications, website content management, project support, member engagement, or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or scientific information into clear, audience-focused content.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, reviews, revisions, and stakeholder requests.
Experience developing or coordinating educational resources, presentations, technical materials, FAQs, training content, webpages, or stakeholder communications.
Experience working with websites, content management systems, digital publishing workflows, collaborative tools, and document management systems.
