Property Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results -driven, and highly motivated Property Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in property sales and a strong understanding of the real estate market. This role requires a hands -on professional who is passionate about sales, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, and committed to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert property sales leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct outreach.
  
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers and investors.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless sales experience from inquiry to closing.
  
• Advise clients on available properties, pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
  
• Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate transactions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and property listings.
  
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to promote available properties and sales campaigns.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Mombasa real estate sector.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
