The Property Support Specialist ensures the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of lease documentation and property data across Granite’s portfolio. This position is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of on-site teams, maintaining data integrity across company systems, and assisting the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Resident Services with special projects, process improvements, and system updates. This role is integral to streamlining operations, enhancing data accuracy, and contributing to the overall success of property management initiatives.
