With Northrop Grumman, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to be an essential part of projects that will define your career, now and in the future.\n\nNorthrop Grumman Defense System Sector (NGDS) is seeking a Property/Asset Management Analyst (Level 2) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be on-site in Huntsville, AL. \n\nRoles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\n * Oversee, manage, and analyze activities associated with Property/Asset Management business systems to ensure US Government, Customer and Company property located at Northrop Grumman and its suppliers are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence\n\n * Conduct internal and external property assessments and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance to Contracts and Programs regarding Property lifecycle management and government property contractual requirements\n\n * Able to interact and effectively communicate with Government counterparts and upper management\n\n * Perform contractor self-assessment audits in accordance with Northrop Grumman processes and procedures\n\n * Coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure processes are performed and documentation is maintained as required by NGDS Procedures and USG FAR regulations\n\n * Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret data for reporting purposes\n\n * Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment\n\n\n\n\nProperty/Asset Management Analyst Basic Qualifications (Level 2):\n\n * This position emphasizes skills and experience. Will consider high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 6 years of experience and knowledge of progressive experience in Government Property \u0026 Asset Management. Bachelor\u0027s degree with 2 years or Master\u0027s degree with 0 years of experience and knowledge of progressive experience in Government Property \u0026 Asset Management\n\n * Must be able to obtain an Active DoD Secret clearance\n\n * Knowledge of Government Property related contractual requirements, including FARS/DFARS property management clauses\n\n * Proficient with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel formulas, charts, and pivot tables\n\n * Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 40 lbs\n\n * Have US drivers license and ability to drive a company vehicle for program support\n\n * Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills\n\n * Ability to work with diverse levels of internal/external customers, i.e., DCMA, DOD customers\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Knowledge of Government Property related contractual requirements, including FARS. Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS property management clauses\n\n * NPMA Certified Professional Property Specialist or Administrator (CCPS, CPPA) certification.\n\n * Experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures in accordance with leadership strategy.\n\n * Property Management experience supporting with in an manufacturing facility and closed classified environments.\n\n * Experience supporting and/or performing compliance audits including Property Management System Audits (PMSA)\n\n * Experience with industry leading practices, techniques, and standards as they pertain to property and asset management.\n\n * Knowledge or understanding of MMAS, ISO/AS9100, and SOX standards that impacts asset management.\n\n * Familiarity with SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products).\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $65,800.00 - $98,800.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
