Job Description:

Proposal Coordinator (San Ramon, CA) Required to review various bid platforms to identify potential proposal opportunities that would be a good fit for S2S. Direct and/or participate in all aspects of proposal preparation, including developing and managing the schedule and responsibility matrix, developing and executing the communication plan, developing and collecting proposal materials, developing/coordinating graphics, reviewing/editing content, reviewing formatting, assembling the final document, and delivering the proposal to the client on schedule. Support and/or direct the development of interview presentations, including facilitating internal strategy meetings, researching and developing slides, and coordinating graphics. Manage the internal schedule, team assignments, and all files associated with the presentation. Identify new business opportunities, including potential clients and projects. Manage client and partner relationships, maintain rapport with existing clients and establish collaboration with new clients. Negotiate contracts with client, ensuring all agreements compiled with company policies and procedures.

Salary: $96,387.00 per year

Requirements: Requires a master’s degree in business administration, or a related field and 24 months of experience identifying business opportunities, managing and leading proposal preparation, negotiating contracts with clients, and managing client and partner relationships.
