Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pitch and Proposal Coordinator to manage and support the preparation and submission of business pitches and proposals. The ideal candidate will ensure all materials are accurate, compelling, and submitted on time. This team is hoping for candidates from an Amlaw 200 law firm ideally they are looking to move into a coordinator role and shift into business development. This person should want to focus on business development not admin.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end process for developing pitches and proposals.
Gather and organize information from various departments and stakeholders.
Write, edit, and format proposal and pitch content to ensure clarity and consistency.
Customize proposals to meet specific client requirements and RFP/RFI guidelines.
Work closely with business development, sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals.
Review all proposals and pitches for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client specifications.
Ensure adherence to company standards, branding guidelines, and quality control procedures.
Utilize proposal management software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Analyze RFP/RFI requirements to identify key evaluation criteria and winning themes.
Monitor and report on the success rates and outcomes of submitted proposals and pitches.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal coordination, writing, or a similar role.
Experience preferred from a law firm.
