As proposal coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives for showcasing our expertise and innovative designs that differentiate us from other firms. Working closely with our talented marketing team and diverse multidisciplinary staff, your ability to write persuasively, tell a story, and present our services through effective creative design will help PND secure new and exciting projects throughout Alaska and across the world.

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized, self-driven individual with a passion for clear communication and a knack for turning ideas into winning proposals.


• Ability to read and understand technical documents, such as Requests for Proposals, clearly identifying each client’s respective needs.


• Planning, collaborating, multitasking, and copywriting/copyediting, essential for developing proposals that not only meet the client’s needs but also adhere to PND’s high standards.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing proposals.


• Strong attention to detail, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive and fast-paced marketplace.


• Ability to work calmly under deadline pressure and occasionally work overtime.
