Expectations:
The Prospect Development Analyst is responsible for supporting critical prospect research and prospect development projects for Huntington Health fundraising team. The candidate successful in this role will be curious, detail-oriented, organized and enjoy heads-down research, organizing complex information, demonstrating strong writing skills, and taking pride in the behind-the-scenes work that leads to transformational gifts.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum one (1) year of experience in library science, education, investigative research, or data-heavy roles and familiarity with nonprofit fundraising or CRM preferred.
SKILLS:
Excellent organizational and project management skills, and experience with MS Office Suite, required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of general fundraising best practices preferred.

Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $30.00 - $45.00.Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
