Protocol Officer

Cortina Solutions is seeking a Protocol Officer to support a government customer in Albuquerque, NM.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate and manage protocol for official visits, ceremonies, and meetings.


• Advise on military and civilian etiquette, customs, and traditions.


• Ensure compliance with Department of Defense protocols.


• Manage logistics for senior official visits, including transportation and accommodations.


• Draft invitations, programs, and itineraries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.


• 5+ years of relevant experience.


• Experience in protocol management, preferably in a military or government setting.


• Strong knowledge of military protocol and etiquette.


• Excellent organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and high-pressure situations.


• Active Top Secret Security clearance.
