Job ID: 24-14398Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:They will be Provider facing 65-70% of their time and remote the rest.They need to meet in the office 1 time per month or 1 time per quarter as requested.There is an 80-mile radius compensation for mileage, but we will try to assign them to the closest provider offices to their location. They can live anywhere in OK city.They can make their own schedule that works with their providers and select which days they go into the offices and which days they are remote.

Act as the internal and external liaison for the Provider Network Department who maintains positive working relationships with participating physicians, participating physician groups (PPG’s), multi-specialty groups, and/or ancillary providers within an assigned area.Acts as account manager for assigned groups acting as gatekeeper for interactions with other internal departments.They will visit provider offices, they will give them swag bags, educate them on billing, networking, addressing areas of concerns.Expected to travel with laptop and client's mobile device to communicate with providers and with Client's Provider Network Support SpecialistsWhen they are remote, they will work with PNSS to coordinate and gather trends on Providers, Plan for next provider visits, track data in system,They will be assigned from 2-15 providers depending on health system they are assigned to.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:This position allows the candidate to showcase their expertise in account management and network performance improvement, while clearly defining a professional development path.Three or more years of progressive provider services experience. Experience in a managed health care environment with exposure to provider contracting, servicing benefits interpretation, and internal operations of provider relations function required. Intermediate demonstrated analytical skills; Intermediate demonstrated problem-solving skills; Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.Provider Network exp-clinical admin, billing credentialing, HedisExp provider facing or health educator type rolesTech Savvy and strong written and verbal communicationBachelor’s degree in healthcare, Public Health, Nursing, psychology, Social Work, Health Administration, or related health field or equivalent work experience.
