Full job description

The Healthcare Provider Relations
Representative will initiate and sustain relationships with physicians
and their respective staff. This role provides and reviews utilization/
performance reports and quality measures/care gaps report routinely with
providers and ancillary staff. The overall goal is to promote value-based care.
Individual will also provide leadership with intel on strategic market
development, identify strategic opportunities through utilization of data and
market research.

Education:

• Bachelor’s
  degree preferred (Healthcare, Marketing, Communications)
  
• Experience may
  substitute for minimum education.
  

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• Must have a
  healthcare background (Medical Assistant (Preferred), LPN (Preferred), or
  have been practicing in healthcare related to this role.
  
• Experienced
  with the healthcare insurance industry a MUST. (HMO/PPO/ACO/Medicare
  Advantage/IPA)
  
• Must have
  experience in driving healthcare business development, physician
  relations, and/or network development.
  
• Must develop
  and maintain relationships with provider network, vendors, and other
  partners.
  
• Ability to
  analyze data to identify trends and variance from goals.
  
• Conducts
  face-to-face visits with physicians and practices, educates
  staff/providers on utilization and performance reports, reviews KPI
  reports, and reviews quality measures and care gaps reports.
  
• Must be
  proficient with MS Office i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor's
  (Preferred)
  

Experience:

• Healthcare
  Related Provider Relations: 2 years (Preferred)
  

Ability to Relocate:

• Trinity, FL:
  Relocate before starting work (Required)
  

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
