Provider Relations Coordinator

Description We are looking for a Provider Relations Coordinator in the Medical Devices industry, based in Maumee, Ohio. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, requiring the application of skills such as Assertion Markup Language, Content Management System (CMS), Database, EO/IR systems, Epic Software, Ancillary, Auditing, Call Center Customer Service, Coding, and Contracting.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with medical device providers to ensure smooth relations and efficient service

- Utilizing Assertion Markup Language to manage and process data related to provider relations

- Operating the Content Management System (CMS) to store, organize, and process relevant information

- Managing and maintaining databases pertaining to provider relations

- Working with EO/IR systems to facilitate operations within the medical devices industry

- Utilizing Epic Software to manage electronic health records and ensure efficient provider relations

- Overseeing ancillary services and ensuring they align with the company's standards and objectives

- Carrying out auditing tasks to maintain the quality of provider relations

- Providing top-notch call center customer service to address inquiries and issues related to provider relations

- Applying coding knowledge to manage and organize data related to provider relations

- Engaging in contracting tasks to secure agreements with medical device providers. Requirements - Proficiency in Assertion Markup Language

- Experience working with Content Management System (CMS)

- Familiarity with Database Management and Operations

- Knowledge of EO/IR systems

- Proficiency in using Epic Software for medical record management

- Understanding of Ancillary services in the medical industry

- Experience in Auditing, preferably in the medical or related industries

- Experience in a Call Center Customer Service role

- Knowledge of medical Coding standards and practices

- Experience in Contracting, preferably in the medical devices industry
