We are seeking a Provisioning Specialist to join our Provisioning Team in Salt Lake City!
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Activate SIM cards and provision wireless services (voice, data, IoT/M2M)
- Assign static IP addresses and configure wireless plans across carriers
- Use carrier portals (AT&T Business Center, Verizon Enterprise Center, etc.) to manage services
- Handle number porting requests and troubleshoot live provisioning issues
- Open and manage support tickets with carriers for escalated issues
- Communicate with customers and vendors via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and support teams
- Utilize our proprietary CRM (Bruin) to track and document provisioning work
- Occasionally assist in onboarding and training new team members
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or a similar support environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to de-escalate challenging interactions
- Comfort with technical concepts (IP addresses, SIM activation, wireless plans)
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve under pressure
- Must be based in Utah and eligible to pass a GSA Public Trust evaluation
NICE TO HAVE (Can Be Taught):
- Familiarity with wireless provisioning platforms and terminology (ICCID, IMSI, APN settings)
- Experience with AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile business portals
- Project coordination or ticketing experience in a telecom environment
*The salary reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $21 per hour. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
