Job Title: Housekeeping Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Hotel Housekeeping Lead to oversee the housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including staff assignments and scheduling.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols within the housekeeping team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role.
