We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages

- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas

- Operate coffee equipment and ensure proper maintenance

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred

- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Attention to detail and a passion for quality

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
