Job Title: Concierge Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Concierge Supervisor to lead our concierge team in providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train the concierge team to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

- Manage daily operations of the concierge level, including scheduling and staff assignments.

- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment.

- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and service providers to enhance guest offerings.

- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.

- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and support as needed.

- Ensure the concierge area is well-organized, welcoming, and equipped with necessary resources.

- Stay informed about hotel services, amenities, and local events to provide accurate information to guests.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a concierge or guest services role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
