Job Title: PM Guest Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in using our reservation system
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist guests with luggage and other requests as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
