Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Lobby Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby environment, providing excellent customer service to guests, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, including seating, floors, and entrance.

- Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.

- Monitor lobby activities and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests.

- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues in the lobby area.

- Assist with the setup and breakdown of lobby events or functions as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
