Job Title: Housekeeping Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Housekeeping Lead to oversee the housekeeping department in our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning and maintenance of public areas.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to hotel standards and procedures.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.

- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
