💥 What You’ll Be Doing

As the go-to hub for all things operational in our Proximity Marketing Department, you’ll:

• Coordinate canvasser schedules, results, and timecards to keep things running smoothly across multiple territories.


• Spot trends, crunch the numbers, and provide key insights to the Proximity Manager to help sharpen team performance.


• Sync with our Inside Sales Center to make sure all leads and appointments are accurately captured.


• Stay ahead of local permit deadlines (no one likes paperwork drama!) and ensure our team is always in compliance.


• Support new team members with onboarding and setup—be the friendly face that helps them hit the ground running.


• Keep the logistics in check: supply inventory, territory maps, field team support—you name it, you’ve got it handled.


• Serve as the communication bridge between departments to keep projects on track and people connected.
