PSYCH CONSLNT LIAISON RN-SUPP

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required. Licensure: Current RN license from State of Ohio. State of Ohio license as a Chemical Dependency Counselor, Counselor, or Social Work preferred. Experience: 1-2 years working in the field of Chemical Dependency/ Behavioral Health preferred. Skills/Other: Good organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously; Requires effective interpersonal communication skills for interactions with and /or teaching patients, physicians, families, ancillary staff and visitors; Self-directed individual who utilizes initiative, problem-solving, decision making and critical thinking skills to make appropriate decisions; Has the ability to work under stressful conditions; Able to collect and analyze data to make decisions for clinical improvement; demonstrates proficiency in treating patients with a non-judgmental approach
