• Valid certification or licensure as a Psychiatric Technician or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of RECENT experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of individuals with mental health conditions.
• AAS degree in psychology or sociology REQUIRED
