Overview


HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City.
We provide compassionate trauma informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We do this by providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve. 


HOPE Community Services, Inc. is looking for a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team. This position provides a rewarding opportunity to deliver psychiatric care and medication management in a supportive, trauma-informed setting. About the Position
In this role, you’ll join our medical team to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning in collaboration with clinicians and support staff. Your care will support individuals with mental health and co-occurring needs on their journey toward wellness and recovery.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication prescriptions, and crisis intervention.

  • Collaborate on treatment planning and diagnosis with a multidisciplinary team.

  • Educate clients and families on medication use and wellness practices.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.

  • Participate in ongoing training and uphold trauma-informed, recovery-focused practices.



Qualifications



  • Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Oklahoma.

  • Previous experience in psychiatry or psychiatric nursing, with a strong understanding of mental health disorders, medication management, and the holistic approach to care within behavioral health settings.
