The Role:

As our Nashville-based Psychiatric Provider, you will:

• 
  

  Introduce and grow our psychiatric program in the region

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop care plans for seniors

  
  


• 
  

  Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (MDs, therapists, social workers)

  
  


• 
  

  Provide crisis support and education to patients and families

  
  


• 
  

  Document and track outcomes to ensure quality care

  
  

Who You Are:

• 
  

  A PMHNP or PA with psychiatric experience (geriatrics a plus!)

  
  


• 
  

  Licensed in Tennessee

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated, collaborative, and excited to build a new market
