Location: Alameda, CA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $160,000 to $180,000 per year

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide in-person mental health services in a well-supported outpatient setting. This position is ideal for a clinician who values consistency, teamwork, and high-quality care.

Key Duties:

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and routine medication checks
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and track patient response
• Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health professionals
• Maintain documentation and clinical standards

• Active California NP license
• PMHNP-BC certification
• DEA license with prescribing authority
• Prior outpatient psychiatry experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills

• $160K–$180K annual salary
