Job Description - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
A Practice Worth Joining
Neurobehavioral Center for Growth (NBCG) is excited to welcome a passionate, dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to our Bountiful clinic. Our Bountiful location is already thriving — we are adding second provider to work alongside our current provider who built a strong patient base here, which means you will hit the ground running with a ready-made foundation and a full pipeline of referrals from day one.
This is not just a job posting — it is an invitation to build your practice with genuine partnership behind you. NBCG actively invests in your success through robust internal referral networks and dedicated marketing efforts on your behalf, so you can focus on what you do best: exceptional patient care.

Our clinic serves adult, adolescent, and pediatric populations through our integrated ABA and behavioral health programs, so we are looking for a provider who is comfortable and enthusiastic about working across age groups. If you are the kind of clinician who lights up at complex cases, values a collaborative team, and wants a long-term clinical home — we want to meet you.

Qualifications
Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) certification
Active Utah NP licensure, or eligibility and ability to obtain licensure promptly
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Experience providing psychiatric medication management across diverse patient populations
Comfort and willingness to see adult, adolescent, and pediatric patients
