Hours & Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid Schedule (Telehealth + In-Person)

Work Environment: Outpatient Mental Health | Adolescents & Young Adults

Travel Required: Minimal | Local travel for scheduled in-person care

Salary / Hourly Rate: $140,000 – $170,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a full-time certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient care team in Glendale, AZ. This hybrid role provides psychiatric care support to adolescents and young adults through a blend of telehealth and in-person visits. The ideal candidate is driven by purpose, appreciates a balanced schedule, and is committed to integrated care delivery.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and routine physical assessments as needed
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic and other necessary medications
• Develop and maintain individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with therapists, case managers, and external partners (e.g., schools, community providers)
• Provide education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and medication management
• Document care thoroughly in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations
• Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards
• Stay current on evidence-based practices in adolescent psychiatry, primary care integration, and telehealth delivery

Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Active, unrestricted Arizona nurse practitioner license
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with adolescents or substance use disorders
• Experience with trauma-informed care and integrated behavioral health
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in both telehealth and in-person clinical delivery
