Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with substance use disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.
• Provide medication management, including prescribing and monitoring of medications.
• Educate patients and their families about addiction, treatment options, and recovery resources.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, social workers, and primary care providers.
• Conduct follow-up assessments to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts.
• Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health or Addiction Medicine preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in psychiatric or addiction medicine settings.
• Strong knowledge of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
