Copa Health is seeking a compassionate, mission-drivenNurse Practitioner to join our Metro Outpatient Clinic team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in an integrated, behavioral health setting. The ideal candidate is dedicated to improving health outcomes for our diverse member population and thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of members across the lifespan.
Manage chronic and acute conditions in collaboration with behavioral health providers, nursing staff, and case managers.
Complete evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care in accordance with best practice standards.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
Participate in integrated care team meetings, quality initiatives, and performance improvement projects.
Promote whole-person wellness through education, prevention, and culturally responsive care.
What We're Looking For
Current and valid FNP license in the State of Arizona.
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
DEA license (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Experience in outpatient or primary care settings preferred; behavioral health experience a plus.
