Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Nyack and Bronx)

We are hiring dedicated Psychiatric NPs to provide ongoing behavioral health services within skilled nursing and long -term residential care settings. Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and routine follow -up visits
  

• Prescribe, adjust, and monitor psychotropic medication regimens
  

• Collaborate with on -site clinical teams and communicate with family members as appropriate
  

• Deliver compassionate, patient -centered, and trauma -informed psychiatric care
  

• Complete clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
  
  

Qualifications:

• Board -certified Psychiatric NP
  

• Active, unrestricted state license
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Experience with geriatric, long -term care, or post -acute populations preferred but not required
  

• Prior psychiatric nursing or advanced practice experience in residential or institutional settings is a plus
