Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) / Psych Physician Assistant (PA)

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience to join our expanding behavioral health team for a full-time role located in Queens, NY. Our providers become an integral part of the care team for residents in skilled nursing facilities who often have limited access to specialized psychiatric services. This is a mission-driven, full-time position where your clinical expertise directly improves the emotional health, behavioral stability, and quality of life of medically complex older adults.
