NeuroStim TMS is a patient-focused, dynamic, and rapidly growing company specializing in outpatient TMS Therapy for individuals suffering from Major Depression, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and other behavioral health conditions. We utilize a breakthrough, FDA-cleared medical device for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), a non-invasive brain stimulation therapy that uses an MRI-type coil to deliver magnetic pulses to improve neuronal connectivity and brain function. TMS Therapy offers an effective alternative to medication without the harmful side effects, and we are seeking a highly motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team and help continue our mission to improve mental health care in Minnesota.

Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

• 100% Outpatient – No nights, no call, and no weekends
   
• Compensation for full-time: $141,440 - $176,800 per year with bonus potential
   
• Compensation for part-time: $68 - $85 per hour (pro-rated based on hours worked)

General Responsibilities:

• New Patient Intake and Evaluations
   
• Prescribe TMS Therapy and other treatments
   
• Perform TMS cortical mappings as part of the treatment process
   
• Oversee staff technicians who administer daily TMS treatments
   
• Conduct follow-up sessions and occasionally provide therapy and medication management
   
• Provide medication management as needed, ensuring patient care and safety

Licenses or Certifications Required:

• PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) (Required)

Pay: $68.00 - $85.00 per hour (Part-Time),  $141,440 - $176,800 per year with bonus potential (Full-Time)
