We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a well -established and growing outpatient Psychiatry and Neurology practice in Lower Westchester, NY. This full -time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting focused on delivering high -quality, patient -centered care. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing a range of psychiatric conditions and is comfortable working in a structured, clinic -based environment serving a diverse patient population. This is a Monday–Friday (daytime hours only) role, fully on -site within the clinic.

Requirements
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and mental status exams
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other behavioral health disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient -specific clinical needs
• Provide ongoing medication management, including prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications
• Utilize AI -supported clinical tools to enhance documentation accuracy, workflow efficiency, and patient care delivery
• Collaborate with neurologists, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication adherence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
• Support continuity of care through follow -ups and care coordination
• Deliver culturally competent care across a diverse patient population
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New York
• Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Prior experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and treatment planning
• Comfortable leveraging technology and AI -supported tools in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team -based clinical environment
