Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist! - Innovative Company

Supportive Care is a behavioral healthcare company with an extraordinary team of clinicians providing a full range of pharmacological, psychological, and behavioral health services to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities. Supportive Care is rapidly growing, and we are looking to bring in the New Year with several opportunities for clinicians who currently hold a Mental health licensure and are dedicated and have a compassionate mindset working with the geriatric population.

PMHNP: $800-$1200 per day; based on sessions

Psychiatrist: $1200-$2000 per day; based on sessions

Responsibilities:

• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy.
• Implement and review treatment plans.
• Ensure all documentation is completed promptly.
• Provide psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy sessions for support to residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide social support therapy sessions to patients through weekly therapy sessions.
• Implement therapy plans that fit each patient's personal needs.
• Work within our facilities; essentially running a private practice.

Flexible Work Schedule:

• Self-determine schedule between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday-Friday
• Select facilities that allow weekend sessions in combination with weekly sessions.
• Part-time or full-time opportunities are available (Varies with location)

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the state in which you are applying.
• Must have appropriate license/certificate
• Must not be in a supervised or assistant status
