Psychiatrist Requirements:

• Florida Licensed Psychiatrist
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Clinical Research experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of psychiatrist assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic techniques
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions in Psychiatric treatment

Psychiatrist Compensation:

• $200,000-$325,000 range
• 60% of collections/40% overhead

Job Type:

• 1099 status
• FT (30-35 hours) or PT (20-25)
• On-site

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in the outpatient setting.
• Provide medication management and therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatric treatment and research methodologies.
• Make referrals for psychotherapy when indicated and collaborate with all other mental health professionals involved in the patient’s care to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records completely all documentation in compliance with legal/ethical standards.
• Advocate for clients' needs and rights, including access to psychiatric services and medications.
• Other duties as assigned.
