The holistic approach focuses on addressing all aspects of eating disorders, promoting total health and well-being. Fostering a culture of communication, collaboration, compassion, and integrity, crafting unique treatment plans tailored to the client's needs.
Psychiatrist, MD/DO Responsibilities:
Psychiatrists
provide professional practice aligned with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Psychiatry Care competencies. Psychiatrist s collaborate with treatment center leaders to develop individualized care plans and maintain a therapeutic environment. Psychiatrists
attend weekly treatment team meetings and report on treatment planning and progress. Psychiatrists
conduct accurate assessments and document client status and individual sessions effectively. Psychiatrists
ensure proper documentation of all changes in clients’ condition and notify appropriate care providers. Psychiatrists
demonstrate professionalism, respect, and compassion toward clients, families, co-workers, and the public. Psychiatrists
organize assignments effectively and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Psychiatrists
maintain appropriate certifications and licensure, ordering medications and documenting indications as required. Psychiatrists
Investigate adverse drug reactions and report significant ADRs to the FDA in conjunction with the facility pharmacy. Psychiatrists
provide leadership and supervision to the psychiatrist team.
Psychiatrist Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of medicine with an MD or DO degree and complete residency. Licensed to practice medicine in Missouri, board-certified in psychiatry. 4+ years of experience in mental health treatment and clinical administration preferred.
