Working closely with the care team to develop treatment plans including referrals to other medical providers, therapists and support services
An active certification as a boarded psychiatrist
An active DEA license
Undergraduate degree
Graduate degree
Proof of Residency completion
Acceptable documentation for our credentialing requirements which will be discussed during the recruitment process
