About the Role:
As a Psychiatry Department Assistant, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including PMHNPs and psychologists, to support outpatient mental health services. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives while advancing your skills in a professional and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient intake, including vital signs and basic health assessments.
• Support the care team in managing patient schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Facilitate communication between providers and patients, ensuring a seamless care experience.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized and welcoming clinic environment.
• Contribute to the ethos of whole-person care by building positive relationships with patients and families.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, CNA, or CMA Certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Interest in mental health and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and medical record documentation.
