Job Title: Psychological Testing Services
Location: Washington , DC 20003

Duties:

⦁    The applicant should provide a licensed master’s level clinician to provide oversight of the psychological screening and testing for all applicants which includes applicants for specialized assignments. 
⦁    The applicant should provide screenings for large groups of applicants (maximum of 50), to include testing and clinical interviews, and individuals in professional offices conveniently accessible from the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. The Contractor will receive a 30-day request in advance for preparation. 
⦁    The applicant must reserve five (5) days per week each month to conduct computer-based tests and clinical interviews.
⦁    The applicant shall submit testing protocols for every test conducted prior to implementation in the screening process.This will include the criteria in which the test is standardized and validated as well as measured outcomes of the tests.

Education & Qualifications:

⦁    The applicant providing clinical oversight must be a licensed, doctoral-level clinician or medical doctor.
⦁    The applicant must be a licensed, master’s level clinician(s) and shall maintain the required state licensing in Maryland, Virginia.
⦁    The applicant shall have expertise in conducting clinical interview assessments as well as the testing and assessing personality characteristics, job skills, and abilities relevant to applicant or employee selection.
⦁    The applicant shall base their work on established scientific and professional knowledge of the discipline. and should have a basic knowledge of the research literature available on psychological testing for public safety positions.
⦁    The applicant must adhere to ethical principles and standards for practice in their profession and jurisdiction.
⦁    The applicant shall have a working knowledge with the selection process of law enforcement and/or military,assessment standards, and procedures required by law.
