Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Summary:
We are hiring a licensed Psychologist to join a behavioral health organization in Oakland, CA. In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide evidence-based therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients’ mental health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psychological evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate client care
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
• Active California license as a Psychologist
• Expertise in psychological assessment and treatment planning
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
