Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychologist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Clinical psychologist role serving two skilled nursing facilities
• One facility serves disabled retired veterans and one serves a general geriatric population
• Focus on psychological evaluations, diagnostic clarification, and psychotherapy
• Independent practice environment with interdisciplinary support
• Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with veterans and older adults

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $145,000
• Tiered Monthly Productivity Bonus Structure
• Psychologists Average $3,000-$5,000 Per Month In Bonus Earnings
• Licensure Renewal Covered
• Malpractice Coverage Provided

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday Schedule
• No Traditional Call Responsibilities
• 15 Unit Per Day Productivity Model
• Ability To Leave Early Once Units Are Completed
• Remote Charting Flexibility Available

ROLE
• Perform psychological evaluations and assessments
• Provide diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations
• Deliver individual psychotherapy services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support veterans and geriatric patients through comprehensive behavioral health services
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment planning

• Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 Year Post-Licensure Experience REQUIRED
• Ability To Work Independently REQUIRED
• Experience Conducting Psychological Evaluations REQUIRED
• Comfortable Serving Veterans And Geriatric Populations REQUIRED
• Strong Documentation And Clinical Assessment Skills REQUIRED
• Experience In Skilled Nursing Or Long-Term Care Preferred
• Productivity-Oriented Mindset Preferred
