Our multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Educational Specialists, Psychologists, Counselors, and an ABA team, as well as a talented client support team all working together to provide exceptional services to children and families. Supervision to meet North Carolina Licensure Board standards is available.
Responsibilities Include:
Conduct psychological and psychoeducational diagnostic assessments, while managing individual psychotherapy cases.
Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration, including group supervision sessions for counselors, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows.
Deliver parent interventions and therapy for young children using evidence-based approaches (e.g., play-based modalities, PCIT experience a plus).
Develop quality treatment options tailored to the needs of children, adolescents, and families.
Maintain a broad range of evaluative competencies to assess and diagnose the cognitive, psychological functioning of the child, and in some cases, adults and families.

Requirements Include:
Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology
North Carolina license
Excellent communication and writing skills
Teamwork mindset with readiness to collaborate
Reside in the Charlotte area or plans to relocate within the next three months.
