Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a Regional Treatment Center

OPPORTUNITY

PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking to contract with a mental health professional Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a Federally supported client in Pueblo of Acoma, NM.

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or LCSW to provide culturally informed mental health services to Native American adolescents at a 24-bed residential facility. They will deliver clinical services including evaluation, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Full-Time 40 hours per week.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.

  Address complex cases involving substance abuse, trauma, and serious mental illness.

• 
  

  Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and ensure documentation in the EHR system.

• 
  

  Participate in crisis intervention and safety planning.

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Active, unrestricted LCSW license.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of experience working with adolescents or in a residential facility.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of DSM-5, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and culturally relevant therapeutic models.

  
  


• 
  

  Must pass federal background checks and fingerprinting process.

  
  

Preferred:

• 
  

  Experience working with Native American populations.

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of trauma-informed care and historical trauma.
