Medical Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Vancouver, WA

Reports to: Director of Operations

Hours: Part-time; up to 32hrs/week

Compensation: Hourly, $20-24

We're Performance Occupational Health Services; a small, local healthcare clinic supporting employee health and wellness.

We're seeking a reliable, flexible Medical Assistant to support our Vancouver clinic. You’ll work closely with our provider and team to deliver high-quality occupational health services.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the provider with patient care and follow-through

· Room patients: take vitals, gather medical and medication history

· Perform venipuncture, injections, and minor in-office procedures

· Conduct drug screens in compliance with DOT/Federal guidelines

· Support documentation and referrals

· Reinforce patient education during and after visits

· Clean, organize, and restock exam rooms and medical supplies

Who You Are

· Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program

· Current WA State Medical Assistant - Certified license

· Current CPR & First Aid certification preferred; training available if not currently certified

· Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

· A strong communicator with a team-first mindset

· Flexible with your schedule and eager to grow with the team

· Experienced preferred, but not mandatory
