P/T Club Attendant

The Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents and guests while maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall operation of the HOA clubhouse and amenity areas. This position serves as a friendly and professional point of contact for residents and assists with clubhouse activities, reservations, events, and daily operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  


• Monitor clubhouse and amenity areas to ensure residents and guests follow community rules and regulations.
  


• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable clubhouse, including common areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and recreational areas.
  


• Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and removing trash.
  


• Set up and break down rooms for meetings, social events, activities, and community functions.
  


• Assist residents with clubhouse and amenity reservations and maintain accurate reservation schedules.
  


• Monitor the use of fitness rooms, game rooms, pools, courts, and other amenities as assigned.
  


• Check equipment and facilities regularly and report maintenance, safety, or repair issues to management.
  


• Assist with distributing keys, access cards, pool passes, or other community amenities as directed.
  


• Answer telephones, respond to resident questions, and provide information regarding clubhouse activities, schedules, and community policies.
  


• Assist with community events, including preparation, setup, cleanup, and resident assistance.
  


• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, inspection checklists, and other records as required.
  


• Enforce clubhouse hours and access procedures in accordance with community policies.
  


• Report violations, incidents, damages, or unusual activity to the Property Manager.
  


• Assist with inventory of clubhouse supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
  


• Ensure all clubhouse areas are secured and properly closed at the end of the assigned shift.
  


• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
