Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking a Part Time Commercial Lender to join our team in Paradise. The Commercial Lender is responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and assisting with the growth of the bank.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals through outside sales and managing existing customer relationships.
- Contributing to the profitability and growth of the Bank by building, developing, and managing new and expanded client relationships with retail customers.
- Sourcing prospects and developing new customer relationships by selling appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients and identifying and successfully capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and making appropriate referrals
- Managing loan and portfolio credit quality.
Preferred Skills:
- Commercial lending background
- Excellent relationship management and business development/sales skills
- Advanced knowledge of credit and credit quality
- Advanced knowledge of bank products and services
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 5-10 years of experience in relationship management banking
